2.2.1 The institution assesses the learning levels of the students and organises special Programmes to cater to differential learning needs of the student
Response :The institution adopts well planned procedures to address the issues of diversity in students' learning levels. The college has a well-established counseling system/mentorship system in place. Students are assigned to identified faculty who will act as their mentors/counselors. They conduct regular meetings with their student mentees to monitor their academic progress. The actual categorization of students into slow, average and advanced learners is based on their performance in mid-I internal examination and continuous follow-up taken up thereafter till the course completion by the concerted efforts of teaching faculty, course coordinator and Head of the department.
