Response: At Sri Vasavi Engineering College, we prioritize the growth and development of our facultythrough development programs. In A.Y. 2022-2023, a significant number of 113 facultymembersactively participated in a range of enrichment activities, including FDPs, STPs,PDPs, workshops,conferences, and seminars. This showcases our institution's dedication to learning and skillenhancement as per UGC and AICTE standards.
In the A.Y. 2021-2022, 83 faculty members participated in 184 programs, demonstrating theircommitment to academic excellence. However there was an increase in engagement during theA.Y. 2020-2021, with 97 faculty members attending a record high of 315 programs. The highestlevel of involvement was observed in the A.Y. 2019-2020 when 127 facultymembers participatedin a total of 425 programs. These numbers reflect our approach to embracing educationalopportunities. Our journey towards increased participation began in the A.Y. 2018-2019, with 128faculty members participating in 222 programs.
