Guidelines

All the participants should wear college Id card.
Each team can have a maximum of 2 members.
All team members should be involves in the presentation.
The First slide should contain Paper ID, Title of the Paper, Author’s Name, Affiliation.
Introduction and Literature Survey Tabulated Form should be the main content of the seccond slide.
Materials, Methodology, Experimentation may be covered in 1 to 2 Slides.
Results and Discussion shouldn't take up more than 3 Slides.
Conclusion can be of 3 to 4 Slides.
Reference should be disclosed with in 1 Slide.
Total No of Slides should not exceed 13.
For Poster presentation size of sheet allowed is A1 sheet for flex size is "2 x 2" feet.
You will be allotted a time duration of 10 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Queries/Questions
